From the moment he first visited, Guy Lormand, founder of Roussillhotel, fell under the spell of this hotel in Collioure. The next day he purchased the establishment in order to integrate it into the hotel group. And it is this same family spirit that one feels on walking through the entrance gate. One experiences La Casa Païral as a return to one’s origins, a visit to the family home that may not even have existed. Everything seems obvious and one immediately experiences a certain familiarity with the place and the objects.
The house was built in 1870. Its architecture showcases Andalusian inspiration: patio and central fountain, welcoming arches, wrought iron in arabesques and “azelejos” (Hispano-Moorish earthenware and tiles)... Since its construction, the Catalan identity has seeped through the residence to create this unique world, this blend of Mediterranean cultures and French traditions.
The hotel team offers a "catering" menu for in-room meals
with two traditional menus and two tasting menus.
